Inside Sales Representative

Job Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for generating leads, qualifying prospects, and closing sales deals over the phone and through online communication channels.

Key Responsibilities:

· Lead Generation:

· Conduct market research to identify potential customers and industries.

· Generate leads through outbound calls, emails, and other online channels.

· Qualify leads based on predefined criteria.

· Customer Outreach:

· Communicate with potential customers to understand their needs and present our product/service offerings.

· Educate customers about the features and benefits of our products/services.

· Provide product demonstrations when necessary.

· Sales Pipeline Management:

· Manage and update customer information in the CRM system.

· Keep track of sales activities, leads, and opportunities.

· Work closely with the sales team to ensure a seamless handover of qualified leads.

· Sales Closing:

· Follow up on leads and move them through the sales pipeline.

· Negotiate terms and close sales deals.

· Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

· Customer Relationship Management:

· Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.

· Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide exceptional customer service.

Qualifications & Requirements:

· Proven experience of 5 to 7 years in inside sales or a similar role.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· Strong negotiation and closing skills.

· Familiarity with CRM software and sales processes.

· Goal-oriented and self-motivated & eagerness to learn.

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

· willingness to work flexible hours, as needed.

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.

Salary Range:

· Rs. 7 Lakhs to 9 Lakhs (depending upon experience and interview).

Salary: ₹700,000.00 – ₹900,000.00 per year
